Xinyi car glass manufactures tempered glass with different thicknesses such as 3.2mm, 3.5mm, 4.0mm, 5.0mm, and 6.0mm. It also produces rear window glass with defogging lines and different types of antenna functions like GPS, AM, FM, TV, and HCD.
XYG Solar-X heated windshield
XYG produces special infra-red reflecting coated laminated windshields called Solar-X heated windshields. These windshields have a special layer of metal oxides along with the PVB layer between the glass layers. These metal oxide layers provide an excellent ability to reflect IR rays up to 38% more than an average automobile windshield. The visible light transmission is still kept between 70% to 75% to give a clear view of the drive while keeping the sun glare away. These specially coated windshield displays purple color while light falls on it, which gives it a luxurious look.
